MC / HC Drivers

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused MC or HC Truck Drivers. This role involves local pick-up and delivery of freight, ensuring goods are transported safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Drivers return home daily, with no long-haul or overnight work required.

Key Responsibilities



Complete local pick-up and delivery runs in accordance with daily schedules.



Safely operate MC or HC vehicles while complying with all road transport regulations.



Load, secure, and unload freight where required.



Conduct pre-start and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any defects.



Ensure all delivery paperwork, electronic records, and manifests are completed accurately.



Maintain excellent customer service when dealing with clients and depot staff.



Follow company policies, fatigue management requirements, and workplace health and safety procedures.



Keep vehicles clean, presentable, and well maintained.

Skills & Experience



Current MC or HC driver's licence.



Valid Forklift Licence (preferred but not essential).



Experience in local transport, pick-up and delivery operations.



Good knowledge of local roads and metropolitan delivery areas.



Strong commitment to safety and compliance.



Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.



Good communication and customer service skills.



Clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing if required.
